The new Glenbio FaeCalp200® is a latex enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay based on the standardisation of a leading ELISA method.
The Latex Enhanced technology of immunoturbidimetry implements a significant step forward in Faecal Calprotectin quantification and a major benefit for lab technicians in terms of both time and cost saving.
The Glenbio assay can be applied on all automated platforms in the routine clinical chemistry laboratory and allows a short turn-around time from stool sample to reportable result, the introduction also of wash steps in main systems also ensures any concerns with running faecal samples on mainline systems are also addressed.
