All of our products are shipped at ambient temperature with most stored chilled on arrival.

Our U1021 Endosc kits are also stored at ambient temperatures.

The only exceptions to this are the K1001D Enzyme reagent, C0158DIA anti TG material and C0235DIA anti TPO material which are shipped frozen on dry ice.

Our Paracetamol kits can run up to 1000 samples and our salicylate kit can run upto 1200 samples, both dependent on the instrumentation used.

K8003 uses a freeze-dried enzyme that the customer reconstitutes on use, whilst the
K8004 kit uses a liquid paracetamol enzyme that is shipped ready for use.
